With Josephine Chang, Host
This year, instead of celebrating, New Asia Chamber Music Society is raising awareness of the harmony of this world by hosting our Seventh Annual Benefit Gala “Consonance” at the Harvard Club. As we entered our new season in 2023, we have prepared many great programs to be announced at the Gala. Join us on November 4th, 2022 at 7 PM for a night to remember the past, rejoice in our survival, and be harmonic to enter the future.
The world has suffered from all kinds of disasters shown on the news everywhere. Although we are recovering from the global pandemic, people continue to suffer from all sorts of troubles. Sometimes we might forget the blessings and luck we have to have persevered, to have survived, and resurrected from the tragedies, but there are still hateful crimes and unfair justice surrounding us and continuing to haunt many people. As a musical non-profit, we are in hope that music can provide calmness, positivity, peace, and harmony. Through music, we hope to aid what has been damaged and soothe the sorrow in our minds and souls.
The annual gala dinner & concert is the organization’s most significant and important fundraising event. Funds raised support NACMS to continue our mission of bringing exceptional performances of chamber music repertoire, and support programs like the Young Artists Chamber Music Program, Between the Bars, and seasonal concerts including House Salons.
Join us for a night of music appreciation and a live concert. The night consists of a sit-down dinner, live performances, and a silent auction. Tickets and tables are available for your purchase, and we encourage all to join the feast. If you cannot make it, you may make a donation as well to support NACMS.
Please RSVP and purchase your tickets by Friday, October 28, 2022. Regular tickets and table deals will end on Friday, October 28 at 11:55 PM ET.
