New Asia Chamber Music Society’s Between the Bars is a monthly intimate workshop where we gather in unique venues, like our supporter’s living rooms, building lounges and more! It’s casual, it’s fun and a great opportunity to learn more about music. Each month we will feature a different theme and different artists who will bring music, stories, and ideas to the conversations. All workshops are specially curated for people from all backgrounds to learn, share, and connect.

Taiwanese-British musician Shu-Wei Tseng 曾淑偉 returns to Between the Bars this September, inviting us to step into the ingenious world of dance in the music of Johann Sebastian Bach. This April, Between the Bars welcomes Paige Su 蘇珮卿 with a workshop like you’ve never experienced before. Paige Su is a rare singer-songwriter who performs original music while singing and playing the electric harp within a full band setting. A multi-instrumentalist and composer, she is also proficient in piano, flute, Indian bansuri, orchestration, and film scoring.
