Apply for Young Artist Chamber Music Program (YACMP)

In 2024, New Asia CMS proudly presents its exceptional chamber music program, tailored for exceptionally talented young musicians specializing in strings, pianos, and flutes. This program runs from October 20, 2024 to Mar 15, 2024. Aspiring musicians can apply as individuals or pre-existing groups. Each accepted group will be paired with a distinguished artist from the New Asia CMS roster, serving as an ensemble member, providing leadership during rehearsals, and invaluable coaching as part of the faculty. These ensembles will have the opportunity to showcase their skills at the concluding concert on Mar 16, 2024, with the exciting possibility of performing at the prestigious New Asia CMS Annual Gala next year.

As we partner with the 4 Strings Music Festival, a chamber music program devoted to string players echoing NACMS's educational mission, participants of YACMP also have the chance to win a scholarship to the festival.

The Young Artist Chamber Music Program (YACMP) is an integral part of New Asia CMS's Community Outreach and Educational Program, reflecting our commitment to giving back to our community. Please note there is an application fee of $50, along with a $1,200 tuition fee, for YACMP.
