The New Asia CMS musicians brings a celebratory program themed “Vibrancy” as their first in-person performances in New York since the pandemic started in 2020. The repertoire selected ranges from duo to piano quintet, featuring works by Beethoven, Caroline Shaw, Piazzola, Dvorak and others, and bringing together folksy elements and traditions of international music.

This month, we are featuring both our Between the Bars workshop and Salon Concert in one evening. We are excited to have Quartet 131 joining us for a pre-concert conversation and a salon concert. You will be introduced to Haydn and Beethoven's early string quartets. 

Continuing the celebration of Beethoven’s 250th birthday, NACMS brings you a program that features the rare sighting of Beethoven’s playful, friendly, and blissfully heavenly sides.
